We are able to see students associated with a brick-and-mortar school (public, private, or charter) and their siblings ages 2 months -18 years. We see children that have no insurance, AHCCCS/KidsCare, and private insurance who can't afford or obtain an appointment with their provider.
Services we provide:sick visits (see below for exclusions)annual well examssports physicalsvaccines for those that are uninsured, have AHCCCS/Kids Care or are Native American/Native Alaskanreferrals to specialists
Services we do not provide:assessment of broken bones/orthopedic injuries/concussions; stitchesemergency caremanagement of chronic conditions (seizure disorders, ADHD, autism, diabetes, etc). We do see and manage kids with stable chronic conditions such as asthma, allergies, and acne.reproductive health caretreatment of mental health conditions
