APTT Parent Conferences Rescheduled for March 9-10
To Parents and Guardian of MES:
With the likelihood of inclement weather tomorrow, we will be moving our parent conferences to Wednesday, March 9th and Thursday, March 10th. Your scheduled times will be the same on either March 9th or 10thas previously scheduled with your child’s teacher.
Tomorrow and Thursday will now be full days of school. If you should have any further questions, please call your child’s teacher or the elementary office at 928-642-1101.
Order Elementary and Middle School Wildcat T-shirts
All Mayer Elementary students received a school t-shirt this week!
If you are interested, you can order one for yourself or other family members. There are also hoodies and long-sleeve t-shirts. All items will be shipped to the school. It cuts down on cost.
One link is for elementary (blue) and the other one is for middle school (black).
Kinder – 5th grade will be going to Yavapai College Performing Arts Center in Prescott on Thurs. Jan 20th to watch the production of Lightwire Theater’s The Adventures of Tortoise and Hare: The Next Generation.
**Please make sure students are to school on time as we will be leaving promptly at 8:30 and will not be permitted to enter the theater if late!!
Please be on the lookout for a permission slip coming home with your child.
Middle School Sports: Physicals & Insurance Info
Middle School Sports practices for fall sports will begin this week. If your child is planning on playing Football or Girls Volleyball, they will need to have a completed physical on or after April 1, 2021 along with current proof of insurance to be able to attend or participate in any school sports activities.
For physicals, Yavapai County offers a mobile clinic on Tuesdays, alternating each week between the elementary campus and high school campus. You can schedule an appointment with them at(928) 771-5123or through your local healthcare provider.
